The crayonZ formed in January of this year. Gerard Handrick and Sergio Vilchez were playing in a band together for about a year before this. They advertised for a drummer and chose Andy Weir. Since January the band have been rehearsing and working towards a great live set, recording and playing a number of gigs in Dublin.
The CrayonZ launched their debut single "falling out" on Thursday 19th July at the Isaac Butt, Store Street, Dublin. The crayonZ have just recorded another three songs and plan to release them as a single "bringing the conversation down" in October when they will be playing all around Ireland.

"Falling Out" is getting quite a bit of airplay on Irish Radio Stations including the most respected alternative music station in Dublin, Phantom FM.
